This pink tomesode (iro-tomesode) features hand-painted flowers. If you look at the images, you'll see that two of the flowers have been embroidered. Detailing only a small number of items is a way for people to show off their kimonos while not being too "in your face" about it, so it's fairly common to see only certain parts accented in such a way.
